Well, at least your other choices are pretty good, but conformation... well, I think it's boring myself.

Thank you Mike! well, see I have to get neck surgery, so I started rather late in showing her and am having to wait to do any kind of fun work for her that requires much out of me

Carting is a lot of fun, although it's important that the dog(s) think it's fun also. If they are introduced to it so they have a good experience, most do enjoy it. We've seen people though that tried to strap a cart on their dog without letting them get use to it first and it was just like a bucking bronco at the rodeo as the dog tried to get lose. It's hard to over come a bad experience without a lot of work. So it's important to start out right.
And most Bouvs go at Bouv speed... which usually means you will get there, but when they good and well want too. ![]() Mike |
